The National Rail Road museum was in bad shape before the Optimists stepped in. The Optimists started to support this space much like they did before the End. The museum was once the location of a highly popular World War II re-enactment that was held yearly in Green Bay, so when the Optimists stepped in they utilized some of the left over uniforms and equipment combined with stolen weaponry. The Optimists are, for the most part, friendly, but should not be messed with. It's their area and they won't stand for insubordination.
They are also a big part of the scavenging game. Since their trains aren't as useful as they once were, the Optimists are more than happy to trade extra parts for the right price. They do, however, have some of the old Steam Engines running.
